Do you provide the lights, or do I need my own?
Either works. Bring your own lights and we'll handle the install, or let us supply everything so you don't have to buy or store anything year-round. Just let us know which you'd prefer when you request your quote.
Do you take the lights down after the season?
Yes. We offer install-only, install plus removal, or install, removal, and storage — so you're never the one back on a ladder in January.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks before you'd like your lights up. Slots fill quickly heading into both Halloween and the Christmas season, so earlier is always better.
Do you install lights on steep or multi-story rooflines?
Yes. We work on ladders and rooflines every day as part of our roof cleaning and gutter services, so steep pitches and two-story homes are well within what our crew handles safely and routinely.
